Important Disclaimer: Chalobuddy is not a travel agency or tour operator. The platform does not host, organize, or manage trips directly. Chalobuddy acts solely as an intermediary digital network connecting independent travelers with potential travel partners.

3. Identity Verification & Pre-Travel Advice

For your personal safety, users are strongly advised to adhere to the following safety precautions before embarking on a trip or meeting a travel companion:

  • Verify the government-issued identity (e.g., NID, Passport, Driving License) of your travel partner prior to traveling.
  • Always meet for the first time in a public, well-lit, and safe location.
  • Share your detailed itinerary, trip route, and companion contact details with family or trusted relatives.

4. User Conduct & Personal Liability

All travel decisions, financial transactions, personal conduct, and safety measures are the sole responsibility of the user. Chalobuddy management shall not be held liable for any personal disputes, accidents, financial losses, injuries, or unforeseen incidents resulting from interactions or travel organized through the platform.

5. Reporting Suspicious Accounts & Moderation

We maintain active moderation and reporting systems to ensure platform safety. If you encounter fraudulent activities, fake profiles, or suspicious behavior:

  • Report the user or post directly via the report button on the website/app.
  • Email our support team with details. Accounts found violating community guidelines will be permanently banned immediately.
